Commissioned by Avila Beach Community Foundation & Arts Obispo. Colleen created 8 interchangeable murals, each side measuring 7.5'x7.' Murals were riveted to two separate Lifeguard Towers.

Tower #1 illustrates the lost history of AVila Beach as a quaint fishing village. Tower #2 depicts the future of Avila Beach as an eco-tourist destination, renowned for its natural beauty.
